All Fuzz Imp pedals have a lifetime warranty covering full rebuilds 

Regarding refund requests: 

Orders made via Fuzzimp.Com are automatically put in a queue to build and all funds are immediately put to use. This is a small business and your order is already in process. 

Any order made is essentially a binding contract to receive the pedal once the order is placed.

No refund requests will be honored past 48 hours after initial order is placed. Below schedule is outlined with more details 

The general policy is replacement not refund when an order needs service. Please email if you have a repair issue  

Orders made through Stripe (manual card entry) take 5-10 business days to refund, due to their system,

PayPal will only be refunded with active balance not bank transfer (some delay is possible)
