Amity
RIGHT Side (Crunch)
High gain sounds are reminiscent of a Marshall or old school Bassman amp cranked, while low gain sounds run fairly clean. Can also be configured into sounding a lot like everyone’s favorite Green Screamer overdrive just less nasal midrange than that classic circuit
Volume and Gain are self explanatory and allow a wide range of gain sounds.
Sculpt on the Crunch side of the Amity fully left focuses the tone on the midrange, while to the right boosts lows and highs while keeping the midrange strong and steady. Neutral tone at noon.
Depth is used to tailor the low end of this side.
LEFT Side (Glass)
Reminiscent of a high headroom linear amp at high gain, like a Hiwatt or classic Fender Twin. Glassy transparency on its own and adds nice detail when both circuits are engaged. Also runs almost completely clean as a boost as well.
Same Volume and Gain as per usual but a totally different feel and range to both controls than the Crunch side.
Sculpt on this channel is an active midrange cut or boost. Use it to tailor your sound to fit the pickups in use and tame or enhance the midrange of the Crunch channel when both are engaged.
Depth works similar to Crunch. Tailoring the low end to fit your use case scenario. Tighten or thicken your vibe and rig for max versatility.
Runs on any voltage (center negative Boss style) between 9-18V. Meaning you can use those pesky 12V and 18V slots on your brick finally and get some extra headroom! (A first and feature unique to this pedal in the Fuzzimp lineup)
